Q.What is PU?

In an era where the increase in the demand of animal-made leather worldwide is constrained by the growing concern of the problems of the environment and awareness of recycling, synthetic leather offers a fresh alternative. PU synthetic leather is now widely accepted by people as an alternative to animal-made leather. Pu leather possesses the same real leather attributes of texture, softness and air permeability.

PU is a synthetic "animal friendly" leather-like material that looks and feels similar to real leather.
PU is a chemically complex polymeric product having a broad range of load bearing capability and resiliency, offering comfort as cushioning material for furniture, bedding, carpet underlay, and automotive interiors. PU also offers protective shock absorption performance for use in packaging and automotive applications.

Q.What is difference between combination and full leather?

combination, also called half leather, means the sofa or lounge is made of PU and animal leather. Where we can sit and touch is made of animal real leather; where we cann't see or seldem use is made of PU. For example the back and the side of the sofa are always made of PU.

So, combination sofa is a little cheaper than full leather sofa.

Q.How does the site work?

We have made the site as simple and straightforward to navigate as possible. The categories of offering are listed on the left side of the homepage and by clicking on a category, you are taken to pages of items. Click on an item thumbnail, you are taken to a product page with item details, including price, and an "I'll take it" button. If you click on it, it will take you to the shopping cart.

Q.Can I buy something other than what I see on the site?

Many of the items we sell are somewhat complicated to list here because there are a lot of choices of configuration or finishes. For those you will need to call the store and speak to a sales associate who can make the choices clear to you. Our sales associates are there to help you during our regular store hours, which are:

9 AM to 6 PM (Friday - Wednesday)
9 AM to 8 PM (Thursday)

Or you can go to the our store directly and ask a sales.

You can also communicate by e-mail, if you prefer, to sales@ausland.net.au.
